Bearnaise Sauce is the chef's favourite, a traditional sauce for steak its rich tarragon and butter combination complements red meats both hot and cold. 

Blue Cheese Mayonnaise is one of our all-time favourites. Its delicious cheesy flavour has been improved to make it even stronger, hand made in two stages, first by melting a lot of blue cheese into our special recipe and then adding it to our rich and creamy mayonnaise. Many of our customers eat this straight from the jar but it is the perfect guest at a BBQ and can be thinned with a little oil into a fabulously cheesy dressing.

Dill Mustard sauce is a scrummy balance of dill, mustard and a little sweetness that goes very well with a smoked salmon or trout salad, also perfect with finger food, try on blinis with a little smoked salmon.

Hollandaise Sauce is our buttery take on this traditional sauce, its smooth buttery flavour with a hint of lemon is delicious with asparagus and cooked salmon fillets or take it for a test drive at breakfast time and make egg benedict with a decadent side of avocado or asparagus.

Marie Rose Sauce is a real prawn cocktail classic, Majestic in its pinkness it is at home with a prawn salad or in a sandwich, we use it all the time as a dip for peppers, cucumber and carrots as well as a sneaky extra ingredient in a burger (or two), yes we've even tried it in a crab stick sandwich.

Tartare Sauce is a classic combination of tangy capers, piquant vinegar and crunchy gherkins, it is the perfect partner for fish and chips, its strong tartness cuts through the heaviness of breaded or battered fish but if you don't have any fish to hand, just dunk some chips in it.
